Information submitted through the requirement form is used to understand and respond to your enquiry, arrange an initial discussion and, where appropriate, take steps towards a business engagement. Technical website records are used for security and reliability. Netlify's server-side analytics may also provide aggregate information about page views, referral sources, broad visitor locations and missing pages. Zambeel does not use advertising pixels or cross-site behavioural tracking on this website.

Confidential information

Please do not include confidential technical detail in the initial form. Confidential material can be shared later under arrangements appropriate to the discussion.

Service providers

Zambeel uses service providers for website hosting, email delivery and scheduling. They process information only as needed to provide those services. Scheduling information is shared with Calendly only when a visitor chooses to arrange a call. Where information is processed outside the United Kingdom, appropriate safeguards are required.

Retention

Enquiry information is retained only for as long as reasonably needed to respond, assess potential work, maintain appropriate business records and meet legal obligations.
